There Is More To Learn Than I Have Life Left!

I found this really cool website this summer. Actually I learned about it from other teachers. It's a new way to use technology to make presentations. Of course, I only know a pinky toe nail's worth about its total capabilities, but I thought I'd go ahead and share it with you. I'll make a better one soon as I learn more of the endless possibilities. It's super easy, guess it would have to be for folks like me. I made this prezi in no time at all.

After you get to the site, find the "more" button on the bottom left of the viewing screen. Click on it and choose "full screen." Then click the forward button. You can press "escape" to get out of full screen when the show is over.

Have fun!

I learned about this tool this year during a session a the International Reading Association Conference. Then recently I read an article that said this is the "wave of the future" in presenting. Soooo...it's on my "to be learned this year" list! Thanks for sharing!

Susan,

Thanks for the comment. I'm sure once you get into it that you'll find it's about as easy as falling off the bed. There's so much more it will do, but I've made the personal decision to understand my phone before I delve into any other technology!

One of the ladies in my grad class used this for her final presentation and it was way awesome! I've wanted to learn to use it ever since.

I came over here from Emily's blog. Your answer to her question was pretty amazing and touching.

Thanks Candance! I know so little about Prezi's, but like you, I want to learn more. Gotta turn off the TV first probably.
